Full Airport Protocol With Drop Off Services

For Arriving Traveller:

1. Receive; welcome travellerat Immigration exit gate.
2. Escort traveller to appropriate baggage delivery belt.
3. Identify baggage and download from belt to trolley.
4. Escort traveller with baggage through custom formalities.
5. Escort to vehicle car pick-up point/domestic terminal.
6. Assist with baggage transfer to vehicle/car.
7.  Bid farewell.

For Departing Traveller:

1. Welcome traveller at curb side at selected gate
2. Assist; unload baggage from vehicle onto baggage trolley.
3. Escort, assist through security scanning.
4. Escort passenger and baggage to airline check-in counter.
5. Assist with check-in formalities. Assist complete Immigration form.
6. Check all correct documents received from check-in counter before moving out.
7. Escort passenger from check-in area to immigration entry point/gate.
8. Bid farewell greetings to traveller, before entry into immigration area.

Terms & Conditions For Car Services :

1. This rate is excluding Fuel cost. 
2. Fuel cost will be charged per kilometer wise. 
3. Approximate Fuel Cost: $0.2/Kilometer ( if run by CNG); $0.3 /Kilometer (if run by Octane). 
4. This rate is for first 10 hours service
5. Each additional hour will be charged $4.
6. Traveller has to pay all Tolls/Parking Charges.
